  1. Copyright, Trademark, and Permissible Use
    • Sunrose is a pending trademark of Sunrose Publishing LLC. This includes but is not limited to Sunrose.com, the Palette Planner, the Unlimited Mindfulness Coloring Book, the Mindful Elements Guides, and Sopa de Letras Books. All names, logos, and content associated with these products are protected by trademark and copyright laws.
    Scope of Protection
    • Sunrose, Sunrose.com, Sunrose Publishing, and their associated works are protected under media creation, publishing, distribution, images, sound, artwork, literature, writing, blogs, designs, principles, books, posters, stickers, shirts, and other printed objects such as mugs. This includes logo printing, design printing, general artwork, works of art, and other media types associated with Sunrose. The protection extends to digital content, online promotion, online ads, social media content, printable content, and other similar media.

    • No part of any publication, product, or digital content produced by Sunrose Publishing LLC may be reproduced, distributed, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form or by any means, including photocopying, recording, or other mechanical methods, without prior written permission from Sunrose Publishing LLC. This includes brief quotations embodied in critical reviews and certain other non-commercial uses permitted by copyright law.
    Permissible Use
    • Personal Sharing: Users may share their colored artwork or completed activities from Sunrose products. This includes sharing on social media, in personal blogs, or among friends and family. Kindly add a SPOILER tag or SPOILER language if sharing work or answers to puzzle books to help other users enjoy their puzzle books without disruption.

    • Limited Reproduction: Downloadable and printable content provided by Sunrose Publishing LLC is intended for personal use. Users may print these for themselves or share with a small, immediate circle (e.g., family or close friends). However, mass distribution, such as in classrooms, churches, or organizations, is prohibited. Refer others to Sunrose.com for their own downloads.

    • Brief Quotations and Reviews: Brief quotations or excerpts may be used in critical reviews or non-commercial contexts, provided they do not constitute a substantial portion of the work.

    • Flip Book Reviews: Flip book reviews, where each page of the book is shown in a video, are permitted. The video must include the Sunrose logo on the cover, front, or internal parts of the book, and the name of the book should be mentioned along with Sunrose.com or Sunrose Publishing. These reviews should not include close-up imagery that could enable reproduction of the artwork.

    • Public Sharing: Users may share images of their colored pages or partially colored pages, provided that sharing does not enable reproduction of the uncolored artwork. For instance, showing up to 20-30% of a page colored is acceptable, but showing almost entirely uncolored pages is not.

    • Book Covers: Users may share images of the book cover and back cover. However, reusing the cover art for commercial purposes is prohibited unless part of an approved affiliate program, which follows affiliate guidelines.

    • Affiliate Use: Affiliates may use provided press kit materials and images according to affiliate program guidelines for promoting Sunrose products.

    • Meta Data Use: Affiliates, review sites, publishers, automated services, bots, APIs, AI, and other systems may utilize product cover and metadata for the purposes of selling or promoting our products, or providing information on the availability, specifications, and features of our products. This use is allowed provided that such information includes the Sunrose or Sunrose Publishing brand and an attribution link to either Sunrose.com or a direct link to the product in question where it is available for purchase. The use of such information is only permissible in accordance with the terms of service or guidelines of the community or platform where product promotion or recommendation is allowed, and must adhere to the appropriate content quality, constraints for spam, and other rate-limiting measures.

    Use Violation
    • While we generally allow the good-faith sharing of our content and products in appropriate ways, we must take action to protect our brand, products, and customers. If we discover any accounts, bots, or content using our brands, products, intellectual property, designs, patterns, or other trademarked or copyrighted materials, in ways we find harmful or inappropriate, we may ask you in private to locate the origin of such content and/or to remove it. In gross violations, we may ask the platform directly for removals and report any trademark or copyright violations to the appropriate authorities, which may result in account bans/suspensions or legal actions.
    • Using any portion of our products, content, business information, metadata, and other business information to model, train, or refine any artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning algorithms for the purpose of creating, generating, or approximating any of our content for any purpose is strictly prohibited.
    • People or systems found in violation of any community or platform guidelines in terms of spam or rules against promoting products are immediately prohibited from promoting our brand and products indefinitely, and must remove any offending content immediately.
  2. Age-Appropriate Content
    • Minimum Age Requirement: Our content is generally not available for direct purchase by individuals under the age of (15) fifteen. Where jurisdictions require a higher minimum age for such purchases, the minimum age requirement will be that of the jurisdiction.
    • Parental Guidance: We strive to create age-appropriate content. However, what is considered appropriate can be subjective and may vary among individuals. Therefore, parents or guardians should review the content before sharing it with minors or children. In cases where content may be controversial or subjective, it is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to decide whether the product is suitable for their child.
    • Content For Adults: Content that is explicitly intended for an adults-only audience (e.g. Coloring Book for Adults) is not available for sale to anyone under the age of (18) eighteen without parent or guardian approval. Such content is usually indicated with a “For Adults” label or identified in the product specifications as an intended age group.
    • Third-Party Platforms: Content and products distributed and sold on third-party platforms are subject to the age requirements and guidelines for the platform in question.
    • User-Generated Content: We cannot control user-generated content, especially on third-party sites. Trends or hashtags relating to our products may include user-generated content that we have no control over. Users should be mindful of these for social media and other online use. Parents or guardians should review such content before allowing minors to access it.
  3. Accessibility
    • Commitment to Accessibility. Sunrose Publishing LLC is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including those with disabilities. We aim to comply with relevant accessibility standards to the best of our abilities.

  4. Customer Service Third-Party Purchases

    • Platform Policies: Customers ordering from third-party platforms (Amazon, Etsy, Whop, Gumroad, Barnes & Noble, etc.) are subject to those platforms’ print quality, delivery service, refund, and return policies.

    • Issue Resolution: Provide your correct order number, receipts, or other verified order information for additional help with platform purchases. Note that print quality and delivery issues are platform-specific and should be addressed with the platform’s customer service first.

    • Quality Issues: Notify us of any quality issues to help us prevent or resolve them in the future.

    Direct Purchase (Sunrose.com)

    • Comprehensive Service: We handle all end-to-end customer service issues for direct orders from Sunrose.com.

    • Print Quality Guarantee: We guarantee the quality of our printed books. Issues such as misprints, miscuts, typographical errors, or other printing errors can be reported for a refund, replacement, voucher, or coupon of equal value within 30 days of purchase.

    • Valid Claims: Claims must be accompanied by sufficient evidence of the defect. We reserve the right to deny fraudulent or unjustified claims.Usage of Products: If more than three pages are used, the product may not qualify for replacement. Testing materials on the first few pages is acceptable.

    • Case-by-Case Basis: Each case is considered individually. Contact our support team for assistance with returns.

    Refund and Return Policy

    • 30-Day Refund Policy: Shoppers can return items for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in the original packaging.Return Process: Return your unused item(s) in its original packaging. Once the returned merchandise arrives back at Sunrose’s warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.Refund Issuance: Refunds will be credited back using the original payment method within 3-7 working days after the item arrives at our warehouse

    • Return Requirements: Returns must include all accessories. – Items must be in the same condition as received and in original packaging. – For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.

    Defective Product Policy
    • Reporting Issues: Report quality issues via email at [email protected]. You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an item.Return Requirements: Provide your order number, receipt or proof of purchase, photos of the product (if defective), and your shipping address.Refund Process: Refunds are processed within 10 working days after receiving the product. Refunds are applied to your original payment method.Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for items with obvious signs of use or not in original condition.Non-Eligible Items: Items returned more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible for a refund (store credit may be issued).

    Shipping Costs in Returns
    • Quality-Related Claims: Sunrose covers shipping costs.Non-Quality Related Returns/Exchanges: The buyer covers shipping costs. If the return is due to our error, we cover the shipping fee.Processing Time: Exchange times may vary based on location.

    General Policies
    • Customer Responsibilities: Customers must provide accurate information when making a claim. Incorrect or insufficient evidence may result in denial of the claim.Paper Quality: Products are printed on standard paper (e.g., eco paper, 55-pound paper, or 115-pound paper). Test inks, paints, pencils, and crayons on scratch paper before using them in the book.Material Testing: Users must test their materials to ensure no defects that could cause issues. Damage from excessive or improper use of materials is not covered.Protective Measures: Insert a protective layer under artwork or pages for thinner paper to prevent bleed-through.

  5. Digital Content and Third-Party Services
    • Service Availability: We rely on third-party platforms for some of our digital content and services. The availability of these services is subject to their operational status. If a third-party service is unavailable, discontinued, or goes out of business, customers must accept this as part of the terms of service.
    • Expiration of Access: Digital downloads and bonus content linked through the book may not be available indefinitely. If a book is purchased more than (2) two years after its publication date, certain digital services or content may have migrated or expired. Users should check our website or contact support to find current access information for bonus content.
    • Link Validity and Security: We use masked links to manage and update destinations. Sometimes, these URLs will contain campaign codes that help us determine whether a link is still working. Users should expect some tracking of these URLs on our systems to guarantee performance and functionality. This information is never sold or shared with anyone else and is used solely for internal purposes. We follow general safety practices to maintain the security of user information, which is securely stored in encrypted formats. If you encounter a broken or outdated link, please contact our support team for assistance.
    • Email Verification: Ensure any emails received from us are from valid email addresses. If there are any doubts about the legitimacy of an email or link, contact our support team.

    • Affiliate Links: Our website, book content, membership hubs, and communications may include affiliate links to partner sites such as Amazon, Etsy, and other trusted online retailers.
    • Commissions: We may receive a commission or referral fee for purchases made through these affiliate links. This commission helps support our work and does not affect the price you pay for the products.
    • Disclosure: We are committed to transparency. Whenever an affiliate link is used, it will be clearly disclosed in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
    • Partner Sites: We only partner with reputable sites. However, we are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or services provided by these third-party sites.
    • User Responsibility: It is the user’s responsibility to read and understand the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites where purchases are made.
  9. Meta Data Uses and Denial of Service
    • Unauthorized Access: Users are not allowed to access our service through bots or automated scripts, simulated browsers, unauthorized mobile apps, or any other digital means that would constitute a non-typical use case. Users are not allowed to reverse engineer any aspect of our services or attempt to inappropriately access areas to which they do not have permission, including hacking attempts or other fraudulent online activity.
    • Content Distribution: Users are not allowed to upload any of our content to upload or file distribution platforms without our written consent. Users may not distribute our content via torrent, IPFS, or other decentralized services unless content is specifically designed and designated for such use. Promotional materials such as any Press or Affiliate kits may be widely accessed and used so long as it follows our promotional/affiliate usage and brand guidelines.
    • Ban and Denial: Users who are suspected of fraudulent, criminal, hostile, or inappropriate activity may be indefinitely banned from our service, including IP blacklist and bans, reporting of inappropriate data use, and banned from service and usage of all products. We may deny service or products to any customer, at any location, at any time, in order to protect our brand, investments, customers, and services.
  10. Liability Waiver
    • Users will not hold. Sunrose Publishing LLC, or its associates, affiliates and vendors liable for any issues.
  11. Failure to Address Issues
    • A failure to immediately address an issue, correct an issue, or otherwise enforce an issue does not imply any waiver, and such matters may be addressed at any time.
